On October 15, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Rasul Abazbek uulu and Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mogilevsky took part in the closing ceremony of the Kyrgyz-Russian Educational Forum.
The forum participants summed up the results and approved the resolution. University leaders signed inter-university roadmaps, memoranda and agreements to establish consortia.
October 15, as part of a forum at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after. Isa Akhunbaev presented an exhibition «Russian Education», a round table was held on the education quality management system at KSMA, on the impact of air pollution on public health, Rector of the Volga Research Medical University Nikolai Karyakin gave a lecture. Kyrgyz and Russian universities signed an agreement on the formation of a Kyrgyz-Russian consortium of medical universities.
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University discussed support for student entrepreneurship, partnership in the creation of advanced engineering schools, biotechnology projects, the Eurasian project in the context of transformation of the world order, intercultural competence and student motivation.
