RuCode may take place in Bishkek: KRSU is fighting for the title of IT capital
The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) is considered as a possible capital of the all-Russian IT festival RuCode. The university is included in the short list of applicants along with the Scientific and Technological University «Sirius», Nizhny Novgorod State University named after Lobachevsky, Tyumen Industrial University and Far Eastern Federal University.
The RuCode festival annually brings together a large number of participants from all over Russia and neighboring countries, including schoolchildren, students and IT professionals. The event program includes training camps in algorithmic programming, a championship, an artificial intelligence conference, popular science workshops and a super final, which is scheduled for October 2025.
