A memorandum on the unification of Slavic universities of the EAEU countries to create a community of professional analysts will be signed within the framework of the International Youth Analytical Congress currently taking place in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced on Tuesday by the Chairman of the Coordination Council of the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium, co-chairman of the Program Committee of the International Youth Analytical Congress Nikolai Bordyuzha during a video conference in Moscow Bishkek Minsk Yerevan.

«The most important initiative of the congress will be the adoption of a memorandum of the Slavic national universities of the EAEU countries <...> on interaction within the framework of the information and analytical consortium, bordyuzha said. We would like the Slavic universities that exist today in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, and Yerevan to unite united in terms of impact on young people, in terms of scientific and methodological work».

According to him, this undertaking should result in close contacts between the largest universities of the EAEU states in the field of developing methodology for analytical work and training young analysts. Bordyuzha drew attention to the great importance of analytical work in the field of forecasting and government decision-making.

«We have seen the consequences of making decisions without taking into account analytical research and the conclusions drawn by professional analysts throughout recent history. And in each state there are a huge number of examples when certain decisions of senior government agencies were made without taking into account analytics and without taking into account forecasts, which entailed very serious consequences, including consequences for the safety of citizens» he emphasized.

Bordyuzha explained that the congress in Bishkek is being held in preparation for a major scientific and practical conference on the topic «New World Order», which will be held in November in Moscow and will be devoted to the analysis of events currently taking place in the world. Representatives of all countries included in the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium are taking part in the congress, he said.

«Young scientists and analysts are represented in the congress, large scientific forces from different countries are gathered, who give master classes, hold round tables, and discuss various topics» he said. Bordyuzha noted that this attempt to bring together young analysts from different countries is unique in its own way. «I am deeply convinced that our joint efforts are to unite young people, to preserve cultural and scientific ties among, first of all, young scientists this is a very noble task», he added.
