The Special Representative of the President of Russia met with students in Kyrgyzstan
An important meeting for both the management and students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for international cultural cooperation, Mikhail Shvydkiy, took place within the walls of the university. We greeted the distinguished guest without fanfare, but with the main concert hall packed to capacity. It was equally important for many to both hear what Mikhail Efimovich came with and to be heard in order to get answers to their questions.
