Bishkek, 01/10/24. /Saber/. Employees of the Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry named after Vorozhtsov SB RAS, in collaboration with the company «Medin», developed a drug for blood vessels. These are polymers that fill pathological choroid plexuses.
The news about the creation of the drug found a response in the scientific community of the republic. Rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin Denis Fomin-Nilov emphasized that if the test results prove the effectiveness of embolizing agents, the drug may end up on the Kyrgyz market.
«Our university has a good clinical base. Over the two decades of its activity, the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU has trained about three thousand specialists of the highest category. In the teaching process, the achievements of modern medical science are taken into account and used, as well as information about advanced achievements in practical healthcare in Kyrgyzstan and Russia», said Denis Fomin-Nilov.
