An exhibition dedicated to the results of the Pyotr Semenov-Tyan-Shansky expedition opened in Bishkek

«Culture» (AKIpress) — An exhibition dedicated to the results of a comprehensive research expedition that took place along the main routes of Pyotr Semenov-Tyan-Shansky opened at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin.

According to the university, the exhibition is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the researcher’s birth.

The program of the first day ended with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the museum-estate of P.P. Semenov-Tyan-Shansky and KRSU on the eve of the scientist’s 200th anniversary, which will be celebrated in 2027.
