In Bishkek, as part of the festival «Kyrgyzstan-Russia: common cultural heritage», the opening ceremony of an art object dedicated to the outstanding linguist, professor, academician, author of fundamental Kyrgyz-Russian and Russian-Kyrgyz dictionaries Konstantin Yudakhin was held.
A portrait of a scientist who made an invaluable contribution to the formation and development of Kyrgyz linguistics and Russian-Kyrgyz cultural dialogue decorated the facade of the Faculty of Humanities of the KRSU named after. B. Yeltsin. The image created by Bishkek artists will serve as a reminder to future generations of the importance of preserving and developing linguistic diversity.
