Methodological seminars have ended in Bishkek «New journalism – hot spot»

Russian Center for Science and Culture in Bishkek. On December 20, 2019, methodological seminars «New Journalism – hot spot» for university students studying in the specialty «Journalism», organized by the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Kyrgyz Republic and KRSU named after B.N., ended. Yeltsin. The event was opened by the head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Kyrgyzstan, Viktor Nefedov.

The seminar program included – «Interactive session «Longread – new life of long text»», seminar of the Sputnik Kyrgyzstan news agency «Multimedia journalism: tools, application experience», seminar of the Central Asian Representative Office «of the Russian newspaper» in Bishkek «Innovative strategies for the development of printed publications», photo competition «Russia-Kyrgyzstan: youth perspective», dedicated to the cross year of Russia and Kyrgyzstan in 2020.

The methodological seminars ended with a round table «Russian-language media of Kyrgyzstan: challenges and opportunities», to which representatives of the Kyrgyz media were invited. The winners of creative competitions were awarded diplomas and prizes, and the organizers of the seminars were awarded letters of gratitude from the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the Kyrgyz Republic.
