A book was presented at KRSU «Together they call us – Leningrad»
On September 8, 2025, a presentation of a historical and documentary essay by the director of the Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage of the KRSU Leonid Sumarokov «Together they call us – Leningrad!» took place in the main building of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The event was attended by Bishop Savvaty of Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan and Head of the Department of Education and Catechesis, Archpriest Andrei Kunavin. They emphasized the importance of preserving historical memory and instilling a sense of involvement in the feat of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War.
