Valery Falkov met with students – participants of the Russian-Kyrgyz media forum

For the third year, the media forum has been held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin – the most important platform for scientific and educational cooperation between the two countries.    
 
The event is attended by 100 students from 11 universities in Russia and 6 universities in Kyrgyzstan, as well as children from the joint editorial office «It’s time in pairs» – of the resource of the regional platform of the Student Media Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, where activists of the Siberian Federal University and KRSU work together. 
 
During the conversation, the head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science said:
 
On further interaction between Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the scientific and educational sphere. An important impetus for development will be the construction of a new KRSU campus. This project is supported by the leaders of the two countries – by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov. At the same time, the university has already begun a lot of work to modernize the educational process, including updating educational programs and infrastructure, and increasing teachers’ salaries.
