The faculty currently operates the following science schools:

2. Scientific school on the main problems of cardiology and internal medicine named after Academician M.M. Mirrakhimov. Head: Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Ibragim Sabirovich Sabirovich. Area of expertise in GRNTI: 76.29.29 Internal Medicine, 76.29.30 Cardiology and Angiology
3. Scientific school «Ecopathology of children of Kyrgyzstan». Head: Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Bokonbaeva Syrga Djoomartovna. Area of knowledge on GRNTI: 76.29.47 Pediatrics.
4. Scientific school «Problems of dentistry of the Kyrgyz Republic». Head: Doctor of Medical Sciences, Prof. Mamytova A.B. Area of knowledge on GRNTI: 76.29.55 Dentistry and maxillofacial surgeons.

By orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, 26 scientific specialties for training graduate students were opened at the faculty. Currently studying in graduate school 31 graduate students, 1 doctoral student and 5 applicants.

For the 2016-2020 academic years 21 monographs, 13 textbooks, 6 courses of lectures, 98 educational and teaching aids, 5 development methods, 5 clinical manuals, 3 collections of tests, an atlas and Several collections of scientific ave. works and more than 400 scientific articles in various peer-reviewed publications have been published.

20 patents, 10 copyright certificates, 3 certificates for innovation proposals were received. 155 acts of implementation were drawn up, of which 140 – were issued in the educational process, 9 – in medical work.

During the same period, our employees took part in dozens of symposiums, congresses, forums, conferences, round tables, exhibitions and other events held both in the Kyrgyz Republic and abroad.

In the near future, it is planned to create a scientific laboratory of biomedical data and implement an epidemiological study of ESS-KR, aimed at monitoring the cardiovascular health of the population and assessing the epidemiological situation based on risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The study is planned with the expert support of employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine» of the Ministry of Health of Russia — developers and participants in a series of multicenter epidemiological studies ESSE-RF, implemented in the Russian Federation in 2012–2014, 2017, 2020–2022 and 2023-2026.
