Applications for the II All-Russian Prize in the field of historical education of youth «Voice of History» are now open
The All-Russian Prize in the field of historical education of youth will be held in Russia for the second time. Its goal is – to support and disseminate the best methods of teaching history, encourage innovative approaches and involve children and adolescents in the active study and preservation of the historical heritage of our country.
The debut season of the Award in 2025 was attended by 1,975 people from 84 regions of Russia, as well as 6 foreign countries. The Award ceremony took place on November 28 at the Tretyakov Gallery.
In 2026, the number of Award nominations will be expanded to 14, and the main emphasis will be on projects and initiatives implemented in small towns and villages of Russia.
Citizens of the Russian Federation over the age of 12, legal entities and teams of authors can become participants in the award. In the nomination «Best Foreign Project on the History of Russia», individuals and legal entities of foreign countries are invited to participate.
Applications for participation in the award will be assessed by the Expert Council. It is composed of historians, educators, experts on working with children and young people in the field of patriotic education, opinion leaders and representatives of youth communities.
In addition to professional recognition, the award winners will receive valuable prizes and support from the award partners and organizers, will attend the award ceremony in Moscow with an extensive business and cultural program, and will meet with outstanding government officials and famous historians.

The partners of the award are the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Russian Historical Society, the Russian Military Historical Society, Rospatriototsentr, federal museums, deputies of the State Duma and senators of the Russian Federation. The project is being implemented with the information support of the «Social Navigator» media group «Russia Today» and JSC «Arguments and Facts».
