KRSU invites you to participate in the interdisciplinary collection «Bridges of cultural diplomacy in the Eurasian space»

The Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality of the Institute of History, Ethnology and Oriental Studies of the Russian State University for the Humanities announced the acceptance of materials for the collection of scientific articles «Bridges of cultural diplomacy in the Eurasian space». 

 

Teachers, researchers, graduate students, undergraduates, senior students, as well as partners working in the humanitarian, cultural and educational agenda are invited to participate.

 

The collection is focused on the development of scientific dialogue in the field of cultural diplomacy, national identity and preservation of historical memory in the Eurasian space.

 

Thematic directions of the collection

 

1. Theory and practice of cultural diplomacy: Eurasian context
• humanitarian cooperation;
• cultural diplomacy in education, science, tourism;
• digital humanities and modern formats for presenting heritage.

 

2. National cultural identity and dialogue of cultures
• the image of the country in the humanitarian and media space;
• strategies for cultural representation in international projects;
• cultural policy and creative industries.

 

3. Preservation of memory and patriotic routes
• understanding the memory of the Great Patriotic War;
• cultural, educational and patriotic routes of Russia and Eurasian countries;
• project approaches to working with museums, memorial complexes and places of memory.
