From August 12 to 18, 2025, an educational program for representatives of new media will be held in Kaliningrad as part of the international session of the All-Russian Forum «SUM». Program for young media professionals from all over the world!

 

Who can participate?

 Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 25 to 35 years are young bloggers, journalists, media workers and representatives of new media interested in professional development and international cooperation. How to apply?

Fill out two questionnaires from the New Generation program

Send them to the post office rushousebishkek@yandex.ru with the subject of the letter «NOISE»
