The Department of Educational Programs is working to create conditions for increasing the efficiency of the implementation of state educational standards and basic educational programs, training highly qualified personnel (postgraduate/PhD), as well as improving mechanisms that help improve the efficiency and quality of the educational process.

Requirements for the applicant:

· Higher education.

· Degree availability (preferable).

· At least 5 years of experience in educational, methodological or administrative and managerial work.

· Skills works s by computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1C, Canvas).

· Proficiency in Russian and Kyrgyz languages.

Knowledge of the regulatory framework:

· Laws and other regulatory, legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education; University charter, local university regulations relating to educational and methodological work;

· Methodological and regulatory documents on the preparation of educational and methodological documentation and educational and methodological support for the educational process;

· Basic requirements of the Federal State Technical Service, Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education and State Higher Professional Education in the areas of training (specialties) of the university in terms of educational and methodological support;

· Methods and methods of using educational technologies, including remote technologies;

· Priority areas for the development of scientific and educational activities in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation;

· Requirements of national and international quality standards.

Main job responsibilities:

· Organization and management of educational and educational-methodological activities of KRSU, its educational structures and divisions for the implementation of state educational standards, basic educational programs, as well as postgraduate and additional education in accordance with the license for the right to conduct educational activities.

· Monitoring the implementation of licensing and accreditation requirements for the implementation of educational programs, quality control in the educational departments of KRSU.

· Providing KCP and applications for grant places of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic within the time limits established by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

· Development and updating of regulatory, administrative and methodological documentation regulating the organization and provision of the educational process aimed at increasing its efficiency.

· Planning, organizing and supervising the educational process of licensed educational programs for all levels and forms of education in accordance with educational standards;

· Organization, as part of achieving a new quality of education, of testing, conducting VPR and other types of assessment, including in digital format and analysis of their results for making informed decisions by the management of KRSU.

· Providing consulting assistance to structural divisions of the University (conducting seminars and consultations for teachers and staff responsible for educational and methodological work);

· Information support for the system of quality control of the educational process and the quality of training of students at all levels and forms of education;

· Monitoring the organization of all types of internships and internships for students;

· Monitoring the implementation by educational units of the rector’s orders relating to the scope of management activities and reporting;

· Resolving contradictions that arise during a multifaceted learning process.

· Organization of the work of the Educational and Methodological Council of the KRSU.

Deputy Head of the Educational Programs Department (Educational Department)

Requirements for the applicant:

Main job responsibilities:

· Coordination of the work of employees of the educational programs department with faculties, departments, structural divisions of the university (pre-university, university and postgraduate training);

· Consulting, organizational, methodological assistance to faculties (graduating departments) for the preparation of BRI areas of training and specialties of the university, including the formation of work programs of disciplines in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Technical Service, Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education and State Higher Professional Education;

· Advice and methodological support and assistance to the heads of the BRI in preparing documents for accreditation and licensing;

· Participation in self-examination panels of educational programmes prior to accreditation and preparation of reports;

· Coordination and control of the work of departments, faculties, to provide training areas and specialties for OBOR, work programs, funds of assessment tools and other educational and methodological documentation;

· Monitoring the preparation for approval for the new academic year of calendar schedules of the educational process, distribution and implementation of the teaching load,

· Control editing, deleting, blocking and unlocking statements for students in the IAIS system.
