8 September at KRSU, as part of the session «Kyrgyz Universitarium Strategist», a Plenary session was held «Kyrgyzstan - 2035: strategic vector of development» with the participation of outstanding scientists of the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic and non-CIS countries, representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, postgraduate, master's and bachelor's students of universities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Vladimir Lvovich QUINT, academician, foreign member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy of the Moscow School of Economics, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, director of the Center for Strategic Studies at the Institute for Mathematical Research of Complex Systems of Moscow State University.
Vladimir Lvovich QUINT - Laureate the highest award of Moscow State University is the M.V. Lomonosov Prize 1st degree for scientific works: for a series of works «Theory of strategy and methodology of strategy». Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, founder of the methodology and practice of strategy presented a book at an open lecture «Strategic leadership of Amir Timur: comments on the Code». The book is dedicated to the great emir of the Timurid Empire and a unique geopolitical strategist who managed to conquer Khorezm; conquer Armenia, Georgia, Persia, Syria; defeat the Golden Horde and defeat the Ottomans; reach India and begin a military campaign against China. «The Code reflects historical events of the 14th century, contains a description of military campaigns, as well as a set of laws and rules that made it possible to create a powerful empire based on justice, talent and honesty. The Twelve Strategic Principles form a unique system of basic rules of government, diplomacy, foreign policy and military victories – «these were the plans and order of course of action that I followed with the goal of conquering kingdoms and conquering the universe, defeating armies, taking their opponents by surprise, win over those who opposed my intentions, in a word - in order to be guided in their behavior towards friends and enemies». The book aroused keen interest among the audience, since the historical work of Amir Timur – «Code» is relevant in developing a strategy for the development of a modern state.

Sciences, Associate Professor Elena Sergeevna Ostrovskaya), «Regional and industry strategizing of Kyrgyzstan» (moderator – Associate Professor of the Department of Management KRSU, Ph.D. econ. Sciences, Associate Professor Aizhan Almazovna Rakhmanalieva). Third section «Innovations in strategic transformations» (moderator – Associate Professor of the Department of Management KRSU, Ph.D. tech. Sciences, Associate Professor Natalya Pavlovna Zhilkina).
