Closer to the Celestial Empire

KRSU student Sofya Zavorokhina took 1st place at the First International Olympiad in Chinese among students of universities, colleges and secondary educational schools in Kyrgyzstan. The intellectual competition was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the initiative's promotion «One Belt – one way».

Previously, 4th year student Nuriza Sattarova took 3rd place in a competition for knowledge of the Chinese language among university students in Kyrgyzstan «Chinese language – Bridge of Friendship». The girl also won bronze in a Chinese classics reading competition for Chinese and international students organized by Xinjiang University.
