The KRSU delegation took part in a strategic meeting with the leadership of Xinjiang University

A delegation of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU), consisting of representatives of the university, took part in a study visit organized by Xinjiang University as part of the international educational program «Chinese Language Bridge». Representatives of other universities of the Kyrgyz Republic also participate in the event.The central event of the program was a working meeting with the leadership of Xinjiang University. During the negotiations, the parties discussed promising areas for the development of bilateral cooperation, including expanding the academic mobility of students and teachers, implementing joint scientific projects, as well as training specialists who meet the requirements of the current stage of Kyrgyz-Chinese interaction.As Lira Sulaimanova, director of the International Business Academy KRSU, noted, the initiatives under discussion are practice-oriented and aimed at creating sustainable educational and scientific ties. According to her, the possibilities of launching joint research programs and organizing student internships are of particular interest.The visit takes place in the format of an exchange of experience and is aimed at strengthening interuniversity ties. The participants got acquainted with the educational and scientific infrastructure of the host university, and also discussed mechanisms for the further implementation of joint projects.It is expected that the agreements reached will become the basis for long-term cooperation and expansion of partnership initiatives in the field of higher education between Kyrgyzstan and China.
