India Day at KRSU
On January 25, a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the Day of the Republic of India was held in the conference hall of the main building of KRSU with the participation of Indian students studying at our university.
Vice-Rector for International Relations KRSU, Professor Leila Sydykova, Second Secretary of the Indian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, addressed the audience with words of greeting Mr. Shri N Ponnapan, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU, Professor Anes Zarifyan.
Participants of the holiday were shown a video film dedicated to India Day; students performed songs in Kyrgyz, Indian, and Russian.
The celebration ended with the presentation of commemorative certificates to the 15 best Indian students for academic success, as well as pleasant gifts.
