Acting Rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov visited the university television center

The acting rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, Sergei Volkov, visited the university television center and got acquainted with its work. During the meeting with representatives of the media center, the prospects for the development of the university’s media platform were discussed.

In the near future, KRSU plans to launch its own television, which will cover all buildings of the university. A radio will also be organized and the publication of the university newspaper will be resumed. These initiatives will significantly expand the information space of the university and create modern platforms for the exchange of current news.

Particular attention was paid to practical training issues for students of specialized specialties. The development of the media platform will enable future journalists, cameramen, directors and other specialists to gain valuable experience in real-life conditions.

In the near future, a project for the development of the television center will be presented, and the appropriate infrastructure necessary for its full functioning will be prepared.
