KRSU and Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology discussed prospects for cooperation

At KRSU, a meeting was held between Rector Sergei Volkov and Alexey Sitnikov, Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. The main topic of the meeting was a discussion of future cooperation and the possibility of implementing joint projects.

During the dialogue, the parties agreed to work on the issue of creating a joint laboratory and technology park when designing the new KRSU campus. This will create a modern scientific infrastructure that will facilitate the development of research activities and the introduction of innovations.

In addition, representatives of universities discussed the participation of KRSU in the «Point of Attraction» project, which is aimed at developing interaction between students, scientists and researchers. Sergei Volkov noted that this cooperation is an important step towards increasing the efficiency of research and strengthening ties between educational institutions.

Alexey Sitnikov emphasized that such initiatives contribute to the development of the scientific potential of universities and create new opportunities for young specialists. «The Skolkovo Institute is interested in expanding interaction with KRSU, and joint projects will become a powerful impetus for the development of innovation activities», he added.
