KRSU and Tambov University will continue joint international projects

In Kazan, within the framework of the international economic forum «Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2026», a meeting was held between the rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Sergei Volkov and the rector of Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin Pavel Moiseev.The parties discussed the development of cooperation between universities, including the implementation of joint educational programs, academic mobility and expansion of the international direction. Particular attention was paid to working with foreign students and interaction with the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.It was noted that the meeting in Kazan was a continuation of the interaction that began during the visit of the delegation of Tambov State University to KRSU on March 30. Then the parties signed an agreement on international cooperation and an agreement on academic mobility, providing for the implementation of joint educational programs, the development of distance technologies, advanced training programs and the creation of network educational projects. During the meeting in Kazan, further steps to implement these initiatives were discussed.
