KRSU is again in the lead!
In a competition dedicated to current water problems in Central Asia, the team of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) took second place among universities in Kyrgyzstan.
The event brought together student teams from different universities across the country. The competition program included a wide range of events, ranging from scientific and educational presentations and debates to theatrical performances and crosswords related to water resources and their environmental significance.
The KRSU team stood out with a presentation on "Artificial glaciers and reservoirs", highlighting the importance of these measures for the conservation of fisheries resources and the balance of ecosystems.
Students emphasized the deep dependence of agriculture on water resources and the need for their rational use. In addition, emphasis was placed on the country's hydropower capabilities and their importance for achieving sustainable development.
Although the championship went to the KSTU team, the success of the KRSU team did not go unnoticed. This confirms the readiness of young people to be attentive to water problems and actively participate in solving them. Students from all universities, regardless of the outcome, were awarded for their commitment to knowledge and determination in the fight against global challenges.

Such initiatives continue to play a key role in training qualified professionals and nurturing an environmentally responsible generation that can meet the challenges of the future.
