KRSU received the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Chui region
On February 5, 2024, a working meeting between Rector Denis Fomin-Nilov and the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Chui Region Kanat Dzhumagaziev was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues of cooperation and interaction between regional authorities and the country's leading university.
The rector of KRSU presented the achievements and prospects for the development of the university to the plenipotentiary representative, and also spoke about the problems and needs of the university. He noted that KRSU is a unique educational project that unites two countries - Kyrgyzstan and Russia, and contributes to the development of scientific, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between them. He also emphasized that KRSU trains highly qualified specialists in various fields of knowledge that are in demand in the labor market and are able to contribute to the development of the economy, society and the state.
The Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Chui region expressed his recognition and support for the activities of KRSU and its leadership. He noted that KRSU is one of the best universities not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also in the CIS, and occupies a leading position in international rankings. He also emphasized that KRSU performs an important social function, ensuring accessibility and quality of higher education for young people in the Chui region and throughout Kyrgyzstan. The Plenipotentiary Representative promised to provide all possible support and assistance to KRSU in solving its problems and tasks, as well as in expanding and deepening its cooperation with regional structures and organizations.
During the meeting, the parties also exchanged views on a number of topical issues related to the development of education, science, culture and sports in the Chui region. They expressed their interest in strengthening partnerships and implementing joint projects and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and the socio-economic development of the region.
The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere and was evidence of a high level of trust and understanding between the regional leadership and the leadership of KRSU. The parties expressed hope for the further development and strengthening of cooperation and interaction in all areas of common interest.
