Doctors KRSU look up to Hippocrates
On July 10, the 1st virtual Academic Council of the Faculty of Medicine was held, dedicated to the 21st graduation of general practitioners, the 12th graduation of pediatricians and dentists, and the 19th – clinordinators of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The ceremonial online meeting was opened by the rector of KRSU, academician Vladimir Nifadiev and the dean of the university’s medical faculty, Professor Anes Zarifyan. Then the chairmen of the State Academy of Sciences (medicine) Zhusup Boshkoev, Vladimir Alekseev (pediatrics) and Davletsha Shayakhmetov (dentistry) spoke about the exam results and gave farewell words to the graduates.
The oaths of doctors of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation were read by Elmurad kyzy Uulzhan (medicine), Azira Usenova (pediatrics), Roman Kleshnev (dentistry), Vadim Veiberov (medicine), Roman Stepashkin (pediatrics) and Evgenia Sazonova (dentistry).
Graduates of the Faculty of Medicine were congratulated by Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Aida Ismailova, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Kyrgyzstan Viktor Nefedov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurlan Omorov, State Secretary of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Kalys Shadykhanov, famous neurosurgeon, Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic, academician Mitalip Mamytov, graduates of the KRSU medical faculty of past years working in Russia, a musical group «City 312» led by Svetlana Nazarenko and others.
In total, in 2020, the medical faculty of KRSU graduated 636 doctors (general practitioners, pediatricians and dentists). Of these, more than 80 people received diplomas with honors.
