KRSU doctors were awarded at the «Mirrakhimov Readings» - 2021
On March 25-26 in Bishkek, on the basis of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Academician M. Mirrakhimov at the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (NCTC), an anniversary scientific and practical conference «Mirrakhimov Readings» was held, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Association of Doctors in Internal Medicine of the Kyrgyz Republic (AVVM).
The event focused on pressing practical health problems in Kyrgyzstan, primarily in the field of cardiology, X-ray surgery and internal medicine. Issues related to the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus infection were also raised.
More than 800 practical doctors from all regions and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in the meetings. The staff of the Department of Therapy №2 KRSU did not remain aloof from this important event. The medal of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences M. Mirrakhimov «For his contribution to the development of medicine in Kyrgyzstan» was awarded to Associate Professor of our department Rustam Urumbaev, who made a special contribution to the development of domestic theoretical and practical medicine, healthcare of the Kyrgyz Republic and medical science.
As part of the «Mirrakhimov Readings», a traditional competition of young scientists was held, which received more than 10 works, including from senior teacher Ibrahim Kinvanlun on the topic: «Characteristics of Doppler indicators of intrarenal blood flow and their relationship with clinical and laboratory parameters of kidney dysfunction in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease». She was highly appreciated by the members of the competition commission.
In addition, the best 6th year students who achieved high success in their studies and research activities were awarded. Thus, KRSU students Beksultan Ibadullaev and Victoria Sergeeva received scholarships and certificates from the hands of the director «Academician Mirrakhimov Foundation» Elmira Mirrakhimova, as well as a book «Mirsaid Mirrakhimov» about the life and work of our great cardiologist.
