Nooruz with care: KRSU students held a charity event for the elderly

On March 22, a charity trip of students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University took place to the recovery center for the elderly «Hamid House», timed to coincide with the celebration of Nooruz.Students of 1–2 years of the Faculty of Medicine took part in the event. The trip was organized with the support of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry under the guidance of associate professors Yulia Abdurashitova and Elmira Kasymova.During the visit, students congratulated the center’s wards on the spring holiday, talked with elderly people and provided them with attention and support. Such initiatives are aimed at developing in future doctors not only professional competencies, but also humanistic values associated with caring for the older generation.
