In memory of professor KRSU Vladimir Yurikov
A scientist, talented engineer, Excellent student in education of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor KRSU, Vladimir Aleksandrovich Yurikov, died in Moscow at the age of 85.
Vladimir Alexandrovich devoted his entire life to the education and training of highly qualified scientific technical personnel who now work all over the world. Vladimir Alexandrovich was distinguished by his professionalism and ability to find solutions to complex organizational issues in educational and educational processes.
In 1960 V.A. Yurikov graduated from the Frunzensky Polytechnic Institute with a degree in electrical engineering.
In 1961, Vladimir Alexandrovich was invited to teach at the Fund. From 1970 to 1975 he headed the department of electrical supply at the institute. From 1975 to 1984 he was dean of the Faculty of Energy of the FPI, and from 1984 to 1989 – vice-rector for international relations of the institute.
After more than 30 years of work at the Frunzensky Polytechnic Institute V.A. Yurikov was invited to the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the First President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin – in 1993-95. Here a composition of highly qualified specialists-teachers of the Kyrgyz Republic began to form. He participated in the creation of the laboratory and research and production base of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology, of which he worked as dean until 2014. From 2014 to 2020 he was a professor at the Department of Non-Traditional and Renewable Energy Sources KRSU, and then – a consulting professor at this department.
The staff of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University expresses condolences to the family, relatives and friends of Vladimir Aleksandrovich Yurikov, the man who was at the origins of the creation of the university.
