KRSU partners will take patronage over the university's sports teams

At the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, as part of a meeting of the Board of Trustees, new directions for the development of the extracurricular environment and student sports were identified. One of the key decisions was the approval of a program of systematic support for university national teams with the participation of university partners.The model involves assigning a specific sports area to each member of the Board of Trustees to provide annual organizational and financial support. This approach will ensure stable development of teams, improve training conditions, participation in competitions and update the material and technical base.The main student teams will receive support: football will be supervised by OJSC «Eldik Bank», volleyball — PJSC «Aeroflot» and GC «Rostec», basketball — ANO «Eurasia» and LLC «Gazprom Kyrgyzstan», sambo — LLC «Bishkek Solar», chess — Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, table and tennis — GC «Rosatom», athletics — St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University, eSports — LLC «Orion».Supporting teams will expand opportunities for students, increase their involvement in university life and create conditions for achieving high results in interuniversity and international competitions.The program is scheduled to be implemented until November 1, 2026. The decision formed part of the overall strategy of the Board of Trustees to create a modern and comfortable educational environment where academic training is combined with the development of students' personal and team competencies.
