Prospects for reforming the school education system

Today, March 29, at the Ala-Too International University, together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, an expert round table was held on the prospects for reforming the school education system. Vice-Rector for International, Scientific and Innovation Activities KRSU named after. B.N. Yeltsin, V.V. Denisenko spoke at an event where new models of education and key strategic directions for the development of the educational system were discussed. Ideas were expressed to improve the human resources capacity of the teaching community and ensure the availability of educational resources for all segments of the population. Vice-Rector Viktor Denisenko’s proposals are based on the experience of educational systems in Russia and foreign countries, including the format of profiling secondary education with the participation of universities-curators. The plans of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic will include the formation of an expert council to scientifically support the transition to a 12-year format of education in schools in Kyrgyzstan, which will include specialists from KRSU and other universities in the country.
