KRSU teachers made presentations during the Public Health Promotion Technology Week
The Week of Technologies for Promoting Public Health, organized by the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Prevention of the Russian Ministry of Health and the Russian Society for the Prevention of Non-Infectious Diseases with the support of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, has ended in Moscow.
As part of the scientific and educational marathon, the CIS Forum on Promoting Public Health was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Oleg Salagai, Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Bubuzhan Arykbaeva, acting of the head of the WHO European Office for the Prevention and Control of Non-Infectious Diseases Kremlin Wickramasinghe and members of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
As part of this forum, the results of monitoring the marketing of food and drinks for children and adolescents on television channels of the Kyrgyz Republic were shared by employees of the Department of Therapy №2 specialties «General Medicine» KRSU. A report «Assessing the quality of management and effectiveness of treatment of patients with arterial hypertension at the level of primary health care in the city of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic» was made by the senior lecturer of this department, Aichurek Tolebaeva, and the teacher Aidana Arykova.
And Associate Professor of the Department of Medical Psychology and Psychiatry KRSU, Ph.D. Liliya Panteleeva on symposium «Mental health: stress and its consequences» shared data on the impact of traumatic stress on the mental health of the population in Kyrgyzstan.
O sshe told the situations in the field of labeling of baby food products in the Kyrgyz Republic, problems and further steps professor of the Department of Propaedeutical Pediatrics, KSMA named after. AND. Akhunbaeva Tursun Mamyrbaeva. With a report «Situation regarding control and prevention of nicotine-containing products in the Kyrgyz Republic» was addressed by the head of the department for the prevention and cessation of tobacco and nicotine consumption of RCUZiMK Chinara Bekbasarova.
Also in the Week program, leading experts from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan made presentations; more than 3,000 people became its participants and listeners.
