Professor of the Department «Finance and Credit» KRSU Damira Chotuevna Bektenova was awarded the medal of the Kyrgyz Republic «Dank» by President Sadyr Dzhaparov.

Bektenova has been working at KRSU since 1995, founded and headed the department «Finance and Credit», which has graduated many in-demand specialists. Under her leadership, 11 graduate students defended their candidate's dissertations, 3 became PhDs. She is the author of 145 scientific papers, 5 monographs and textbooks.

Previously, she received the title «Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic», awards from the Ministries of Finance and Education.
