KazNMU Professor M. Kulzhanov gave lectures for medical students KRSU

On March 27-28, the Department of Public Health and Healthcare KRSU was visited by a leading Kazakh specialist, professor at the Kazakh National Medical University Maksut Kulzhanov.

Guest's scope – public health research and training: governance, reform, ethics and human rights.

As part of the «Visiting Professor» program, M. Kulzhanov gave 5 lectures for 4th year medical students of all specialties. The lecturer touched on the following topics: «Global health and health», «WHO Policy and Strategy», «Main documents of world health PHC, FCTC, IHR. NIH», «Health reforms in Kazakhstan, lessons for the future» and «Model of joint and several liability, compulsory medical insurance».
