Professor Natalya Malyukova spoke at the Forum of Scientists of the CIS Member States – 2021
From November 24 to 27 in Minsk took place III Forum of scientists CIS member states – 2021, c the events of which were attended by representatives of Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and other countries.
The purpose of the forum – activation and development of scientific and technical cooperation, impetus for initiating new joint research, formulation of proposals for the development of innovation policy, formation of a system of international mobility of scientists and young specialists in the professional community of the CIS member states.
The forum included the Congress of Scientific Councils of the International Association of Academies of Sciences, the IX meeting of the Council for Cooperation in the Field of Fundamental Science of the CIS Member States, as well as 3 round tables – «The state and prospects for the development of fundamental science», «Improving scientific cooperation in the digital era», «Innovative scientific research».
Member of the delegation from Kyrgyzstan The head of the KRSU PION, Professor Natalya Malyukova, entered the republic. She made a report to the forum participants on the topic: «Rethinking modern trends in scientific and innovative cooperation between the CIS countries in the digital era».
Speeches by delegations on the development of science in the CIS countries and inspection of the permanent exhibition of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus «Achievements of domestic science – production» we passed at a high level. Representatives of the countries exchanged experiences and contacts for further interaction in current scientific areas. Thus, KRSU established connections with the Institute of Ultra-High-Frequency Semiconductor Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, with the Institute of Physics named after B.I. Stepanova NAS of Belarus and other universities.
At the final meeting, the Declaration was adopted III Forum of Scientists of the Commonwealth of Independent States «Science in the context of global challenges» CIS member states – 2021.
