Skoltech professor Ildar Gabitov will give lectures on photonics for doctors KRSU

On October 18, in the conference hall of the main building of KRSU, professor of the Skoltech Center for Photonics and Quantum Materials (Moscow) Ildar Gabitov opened a series of lectures for students and teachers of the Faculty of Medicine. The eminent scientist visited our university at the invitation of the Department of Physics, Medical Formatics and Biology KRSU.

Course of lectures by Professor I. Gabitova is dedicated to photonics – one of the priority study programs for the development of science, technology and information infrastructure of modern society. The review lectures, which will run until October 22, will discuss the motivation and brief history of photonics, progress in theory, experimentation, impact on related fields, applications including biomedicine, and current challenges.
