The rector of KRSU met with the chairman of the social policy committee of the Jogorku Kenesh
Rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) Denis Fomin-Nilov held a working meeting with the Chairman of the Committee on Social Policy of the Jogorku Kenesh Vinera Rainbachaeva. During the meeting, prospects for the development of the university, planned infrastructure projects, as well as issues requiring the support and participation of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh were discussed.
Denis Fomin-Nilov presented a detailed report on current and future KRSU initiatives. In particular, they discussed the need to modernize university infrastructure and implement large projects aimed at improving conditions for students and teachers. During the discussion, accumulated problems were also raised, including issues of the remuneration system for scientific and pedagogical workers.
Vinera Kalybekovna Rainbachaeva noted the importance of ensuring transparency of all processes at the university and strict compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. She emphasized the need to bring KRSU regulations into compliance with national laws, especially in light of the results of audits by the Accounts Chambers of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic. Particular attention was paid to anti-corruption issues, and the efforts of KRSU management to improve anti-corruption measures were noted.
The Chairman of the Committee expressed her readiness to provide full support to the rector and his team in the creation of «University 4.0». In this context, special attention was paid to the creation of a medical cluster based on KRSU. It is planned to build modern infrastructure, funds for which the university expects to receive from the Russian Federation. This project is designed to bring KRSU to a leading position in the field of medical education in Kyrgyzstan. The use of advanced methods and practices of leading Russian universities, such as MGIMO, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University, will allow KRSU to become one of the best higher educational institutions in Central Asia.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed confidence in fruitful cooperation and further success in the development of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
