On December 3, a delegation from the Siberian Federal University headed by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Denis Guts visited the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The guests were warmly received by the rector of KRSU, academician Vladimir Nifadiev, vice-rector for academic affairs, professor Salavat Usmanov and vice-rector for information and public relations Leonid Sumarokov.
The parties signed an agreement on bilateral cooperation in the scientific, educational and cultural spheres.
From December 3 to 7, on the basis of KRSU, representatives of Siberian Federal University held popular science lectures, seminars, master classes, consultations, games and competitions for university students of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The fruitful work of SFU specialists with teachers and students of universities in Kyrgyzstan has strengthened and expanded joint scientific, educational and youth-student ties between the two countries.
