Joint interests

On October 13, at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction of KRSU, a meeting was held with Mrs. Maria Dogan – the wife of the Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Ahmet Sadyk Dogan.

KRSU– staff attended the meeting vice-rector for International Relations Leila Sydykova, Deputy Dean of FADiS Gulmira Shabikova, head of the Department of Artistic Design of Products, Maksat Maksutova, director of the Center for Turkology Elmira Osmonova.

The meeting was opened by Professor L. Sydykova. Representatives of KRSU told the guest about the creation of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, about the activities of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction, about talented students and the professionalism of university teachers.

Visit Maria Dogan was associated, among other things, with her interest in history of creation and prospects for the development of the department of artistic design of products. The guest announced that specialists from the Sewing Department will soon arrive from the Institute for Training Professions (Ankara, Turkey) with a traditional historical clothing collection «Heritage». They are organizing an exhibition at the State Historical Museum of Bishkek. Maria Dogan also spoke about her vision of further cooperation with the department of KhPI KRSU –we're talking about creative meeting with students and exchange of experience between teachers.
