Let's sing, friends!

A youth festival-competition «Sing, friends!» dedicated to the 77th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War took place at KRSU. The competition, organized by the Russian House in Bishkek, received about a hundred applications from children's and youth creative groups of Kyrgyzstan, as well as individual performers. They performed wartime songs. The competition jury included People's Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic Anatoly Adali, Baktybek Ybykeev, Honored Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulnara Toigonbanaa, Zhyldyz Osmonalieva, Vladimir Tulin, author and performer Igor Chernikov. The laureates and diploma winners of the festival are given the right to take part on May 9 in a large concert, which will take place on the square near the Assembly of Peoples of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek. Among the concert participants are – students of KRSU. Our guys, who were also invited to a concert at the Russian Drama Theater named after Ch. Aitmatova, will perform a song «First of all, airplanes». Happy Victory Day!
