KRSU students distinguished themselves at the International Olympiad on Financial Security

On October 8, the First International Olympiad on Financial Security ended in Sochi, in which students from Kyrgyzstan took part (KRSU, KNU, KSTU). Its goal is to increase the general information, financial and legal literacy of young people, create conditions for promoting professional guidance for students in the formation of the human resources of the financial security system, as well as the development of scientific knowledge in the field of financial security.

The CD team, composed of students who passed the selection of the first country phase, represented three areas: «Economic Security», «Information Security» and «Jurisprudence».

Head of the Organizing Committee, Deputy Chairman Government of the Russian Federation D.N. Chernyshenko personally presented awards to the winners and runners-up in the category «Economics, finance and credit, economic security». Among the winners was KRSU student Nurbol Tagaev, who showed high results in the field «Economic Security» and received a diploma II degrees.

One of the main activities was to conduct a real financial investigation through an analytical platform «Grafus» specially designed for training on financial security. The team, in which KRSU student Symbat Omurkozhoeva took part, successfully completed the assigned tasks and were able to reach the finals of the group stage.
