Students of the medical department KRSU took bronze at the International Morphological Olympiad

November 29 team students «Na’Vi» SNK of the Department of Anatomy and OKHTA KRSU took part in the International Morphological Online Olympiad for students in anatomy, histology and pathological anatomy dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Department of Histology of KazNMU named after. S. Asfendiyarova.

A total of 7 teams competed: from KazNMU named after. S. Asfendiyarov (Almaty), KRMU (Almaty), MUA «Astana» (Astana), First St. Petersburg State Medical University named after. academician. I.P. Pavlova, REAVIZ University (St. Petersburg), Novosibirsk State Medical University, KRSU named after. B. Yeltsin.

The Olympiad regulations included 5 rounds, during which students had to present their team (competition) «Business card»), determine the name of the eponym and the name of the author after whom this eponym is named (competition «Eponyms»), define itth the appropriate organ, tissue or cell that the team captain described («Competition captains ») and in 30 seconds answer the maximum number of questions. It was also necessary to show logical thinking in the competition <TAG1>Four pictures-one word«.

Based on the results of the Olympiad, the team «Na’Vi» composed of F. Israilova, S. Abdullaev, K. Boobekova, A. Tankova, A. Tyumin, E. Bakhshalieva and O. Mukhamedalieva took the honorable III place.
