KRSU scientists made a proposal «to Greater Altai»
On September 30, 2021, the II International Altaistic Forum «The Turkic-Mongolian World of Greater Altai: Historical and Cultural Heritage and Modernity» opened at Altai State University.

II International Altai Forum – is a scientific platform where leading scientists and experts, heads of specialized scientific and educational centers in Germany, Denmark, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russia, and Uzbekistan meet. Their research is directed to the Greater Altai – a unique macroregion at the junction of the borders of Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Mongolia, the cradle of the peoples of the Altai language family.
The goals of the forum are the formation of sustainable communications in the field of ethnic history, archeology, ethnography, linguistics of the Turkic-Mongolian peoples, the preservation and enhancement of the cultural heritage of the Turkic-Mongolian world, the natural potential of Greater Altai, the mobilization of resources to establish the concept of historical unity of the peoples of Russia and Central Asia.
