KRSU has begun accrediting educational programs

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University has begun accreditation of educational programs for compliance with quality standards. As part of the procedure, independent experts from the Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations «Bilim-Standard» are again working at KRSU.

This time, 17 cluster educational programs were put up for examination. Over the course of three days, until March 19, 22 experts will assess their compliance with established requirements.

The accreditation process started with a general orientation meeting, at which key issues were discussed with the university management. Particular attention is paid to the special status of KRSU — it gives the university certain privileges, but also imposes a number of restrictions.

Accreditation covers all faculties except medical, which has previously successfully completed the procedure.
