KRSU discussed the role of the teacher of the future and the challenges of modern pedagogy

A student scientific and practical conference «Modern pedagogy and teacher of the future: challenges and prospects of education» was held at the Department of Teacher Education KRSU.Students, teachers and representatives of the educational community took part in the event. In the welcoming speeches, it was noted that in the context of the transformation of the education system, the role of the teacher is increasing as a key figure who shapes not only knowledge, but also value guidelines for future generations.Invited experts - director of the IQ educational center Inessa Ter-Manueliants and head teacher of the International School «Silk Wei» Mirbek Zholdoshbaev - presented a practical look at modern educational processes. They outlined the main challenges facing the school and stressed the importance of integrating psychological knowledge into teaching practice.Presentations were made by 3rd and 4th year students studying in the areas of psychology and pedagogy. The focus was on the issues of psychological safety of the educational environment, professional burnout of teachers, interaction between teachers and students, as well as the impact of digital technologies on the educational process.The conference was organized within three thematic sections dedicated to the role of teachers in the modern world, the historical heritage of pedagogy and the transformation of the professional identity of teachers.In total, more than 70 students took part in the conference, and over 40 reports were presented. Participants demonstrated a high level of training, analytical skills and the ability to offer practice-oriented solutions to current educational problems.Based on the results of the conference, 16 winners were determined.
