KRSU hosted a forum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sverdlovsk region on combating domestic violence

Today, a forum organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sverdlovsk region took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The focus of the event was on combating domestic violence and creating a safe environment for all members of society.

The event brought together university students, city school directors and law enforcement officials. The forum program began with a welcoming speech from the organizers, who emphasized the importance of dialogue between educational institutions, law enforcement agencies and society.

A special guest of the forum was Jogorku Kenesh deputy Elvira Surabaldieva, who in her speech emphasized the importance of prevention and the formation of a culture of intolerance towards any form of violence. She noted that youth play a key role in changing public consciousness and expressed gratitude to KRSU for providing a platform for such a significant event.

«Each of us can be a voice for change. Youth —is not only the future, but also the present, capable of changing the world today», — noted Surabaldieva.

The musical and dance numbers were the emotional culmination of the forum, recalling the importance of art as a way of expressing support and solidarity.
