An interuniversity conference «Human Rights in Armed Conflicts» was held at KRSU
In order to strengthen students' knowledge of public international law and increase their scientific interest in conducting various studies in the field of international humanitarian law, the Department of International and Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law KRSU held an Interuniversity Student Scientific and Practical Conference on December 16, 2023, dedicated to Human Rights Day - the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN General Assembly, on the topic: «Human rights in armed conflicts».
The conference presented research in general on the relationship between international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
At the conference, welcoming words were delivered by the Deputy. Dean for Scientific Work of the Faculty of Law of KRSU, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of International and Constitutional Law N.S. Tursunbaeva and Legal Advisor to the ICRC Mission in Kyrgyzstan Umtul Murat kyzy.
