An interuniversity conference «Human Rights in the context of the digital transformation of society and the state» was held at KRSU
On December 9, 2023, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law (TIGP) of the Faculty of Law KRSU organized an interuniversity student scientific and practical conference dedicated to Human Rights Day, on the topic: «Human rights in the context of the digital transformation of society and the state».
In the conference in two sections 20 students of the Faculty of Law of KRSU, 8 students of other faculties of KRSU and 11 students from other universities took part: Ala-Too International University, ASUPKR, KNU and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
At the end of the conference, 6 winners were announced in both sections and all participants were awarded certificates for active participation.
1 section:
1st place. Nurayim Doolotbekova - Ala-Too International University. Topic of the report: «The relevance of introducing cyber hygiene policies in government institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic».
2nd place. Bektur Erkinov is a 3rd year cadet at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Subject of the report: «Human rights issues in the digital space».
3rd place. Medina Rysbaeva - MO-3-22 Subject of the report: "The right to life: discussions around the death penalty, euthanasia and abortion" Scientific supervisor: Ph.D, Associate Professor M.B. Myrzaliev.
Section 2:
1st place. Zaure Rysbekova - Yu-3-22, KRSU Topic of the report: «The right to receive a quality education in the context of the digital transformation of society». Scientific supervisor: Doctor of Law, Professor Chikeeva Z.Ch.
2nd place. Zhyldyz Kazipova - Yu-4-23, KRSU.
Subject of the report: «Legal liability for harm caused by artificial intelligence». Scientific supervisor: Ph.D., Associate Professor Suranchieva G.T.
3rd place. Zhanarbek k. Kamila - TDO1-22, KNU.
Subject of the report: «Digitalization in education». Scientific supervisor: senior lecturer Sapralieva A. Zh.
The students showed a high level of preparation and touched upon the most pressing problems that exist today. The organizers thank all participants and their scientific supervisors for their active participation in this event and wish them further success.
