KRSU hosted a working meeting between Rector Sergei Volkov and representatives of the State Corporation «Rosatom»
Today, a working meeting of the rector of KRSU took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Sergei Volkov with representatives of the State Corporation «Rosatom» — Director of the project office for business development Ksenia Nikolaeva and General Director of the representative office «Rosatom» in Kyrgyzstan, member of the Board of Trustees of KRSU Dmitry Konstantinov.
The meeting was attended by heads of university departments taking part in joint educational, scientific and technical projects.
The parties discussed the development of partnerships in the field of engineering education, training for high-tech industries and the development of joint research initiatives. Particular attention was paid to the network master's program in nuclear medicine, interaction with Russian universities, issues of practice-oriented training of students and the formation of mechanisms for attracting young specialists.
The possibilities of expanding technological cooperation, student participation in professional development programs «Rosatom» and integrating the university into the partner’s international educational and youth projects were also discussed.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to finalize roadmap for cooperation, which will include educational, research and infrastructure areas of interaction.
