«School of Young Soldiers» took place at KRSU
A two-day event took place within the walls of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University «School of young fighters», aimed at forming close-knit student teams. The organizer was the Headquarters of Student Teams «Unity».
First day: immersion in history and search for a team
Participants got acquainted with the history of Russian student teams and SO of Kyrgyzstan. After the introductory part, students were divided into areas — construction, medical, pedagogical and service. The challenge was to figure out what makes a squad a real team.
The work was in full swing: the guys were looking for values, identifying leaders, arguing, sharing dreams and putting together a symbolic canvas that personified their ideal teams.
Day Two: Fighter Culture and Role Switching
The day began with a lecture dedicated to the culture of student groups. Participants learned the history of the fighter, its symbols and rules of wearing. The lecture emphasized that form — is not just clothing, but a reflection of traditions and unity.
After the theory, the interactive began. Participants changed directions: builders tried on the roles of doctors, and counselors — service workers. This format allowed everyone to see new aspects of their capabilities and develop skills in working in different conditions.
Result:
At the end of two days, the participants not only learned to interact with each other, but also created teams ready for real challenges and joint projects.
