At KRSU, Sergei Volkov met with the staff of the Faculty of International Relations

A working meeting between Acting Rector Sergei Volkov and the leadership and teachers of the Faculty of International Relations took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The main topic of discussion was plans for the development of the faculty, updating infrastructure, improving curricula and introducing digital technologies into the educational process.

Sergei Volkov emphasized the importance of integrating modern approaches into education to train competitive specialists capable of successfully working in an international environment. At the meeting, special attention was paid to improving practical training programs for students. It was suggested that cooperation with diplomatic missions, international organizations and research centres should be increased in order to provide students with more opportunities for internships and practical training.

Faculty members noted that infrastructure upgrades, including updating multimedia classrooms and introducing online learning platforms, have already begun. These steps are aimed at ensuring a high level of student preparation and adaptation to modern realities.

At the end of the meeting, Sergei Volkov expressed confidence that the joint efforts of the university management and the faculty will take the educational process to a new level and make KRSU one of the leading universities in the field of international relations in Central Asia.
